Hydrocodone Watson 540 (light blue oval pill) is a generic form of Lortab, an opioid pain medication containing 10 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg acetaminophen (Tylenol). Hydrocodone Watson 540 or Lortab do often cause nausea. But if my pain level is bad enough to warrant taking one, I do not get nauseated nor do I feel “high” or drugged up from these.
